- Advance booking is required for all cab rentals.

- Booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon receipt of payment.

- 50 percent payment is required at the time of booking.

- Payments can be made via UPI.

- Rest amount can be paid to the driver.

- All drivers are licensed and experienced.

- Vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

- The cab can be used only for the specified duration and route.

- Any additional usage will incur extra charges.

- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

- Passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations.

- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.

- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

- The company is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the rental period.

- Disputes will be resolved as per Indian legal jurisdiction.

- All vehicles are insured as per Indian regulations.
