Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur with no refund.
• No-shows or cancellations at the time of pick-up will be charged the full rental amount.

Cancellation by Company

• The company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
• The company will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle if possible.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the cancellation.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
